Skadden is representing Babcock & Brown in connection with its agreement to sell three operating wind projects to NextEra Energy Resources, LLC, a subsidiary of FPL Group, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, announced October 1, 2009, indirect wholly owned subsidiaries of NextEra Energy will purchase the wind projects for approximately $352 million.
