Skadden is representing EverBank Financial Corp., a privately held thrift holding company in Jacksonville Florida, that has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Tygris Commercial Finance Group, Inc., a commercial finance and leasing company. The approximately $535 million transaction was announced on October 22, 2009.
