Skadden Ranked First for Corporate Governance

Directors & Boards magazine again named Skadden as the best law firm in dealing with general corporate governance issues in its annual survey of "Top Corporate Governance Law Firms." The survey asked more than 300 directors of public and private companies to name the law firms they felt were best in general corporate governance, director liability and board level M&A issues. In addition to placing first in the general category, Skadden ranked second in the director liability and board level categories.
