The International Legal Alliance Summit & Awards honored Skadden with the "Best USA Law Firm Award - M&A Practice" and the "Best USA Law Firm Award - Restructuring Practice" at a ceremony in Paris on June 18, 2009. The firm also was a runner-up for tax.
