Skadden is representing Harbor Point Limited, which announced today that the boards of directors of both Max Capital Group Ltd. and Harbor Point have unanimously approved a definitive amalgamation agreement for a merger of equals. The combined company will be renamed and rebranded as Alterra Capital Holdings Limited. The merger was announced on March 3.
