Endo Pharmaceuticals to Acquire HealthTronics

Skadden is representing Endo Pharmaceuticals in its acquisition of HealthTronics, Inc. Under the terms of the merger agreement, announced May 5, Endo will commence an all cash tender offer to acquire 100 percent of the outstanding shares of HealthTronics for approximately $223 million. HealthTronics is a provider of urologic products and services.
