Grupo Bimbo US$800 Million Offering

Skadden is representing Grupo Bimbo, S.A.B. de C.V., one of the largest baked good companies in the world and one of the largest food companies in the Americas, in its US$800 million Rule 144A/Reg. S offering of 4.875% senior notes due 2020. The notes, announced June 23, will constitute senior unsecured obligations of Grupo Bimbo and will be unconditionally guaranteed by certain of Grupo Bimbo's subsidiaries, Bimbo, S.A. de C.V., Barcel, S.A. de C.V., Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. and Bimbo Foods, Inc.
