Eileen Nugent Named 'Dealmaker of the Week' by AmLaw Daily

In recognition of her role in Endo’s acquisition of Qualitest, The Am Law Daily named New York office leader and private equity practice head Eileen Nugent as its “Dealmaker of the Week” (Sept. 30). The publication noted that the acquisition “capped a particularly busy period for Nugent” that included work on firm client Burger King Holdings, Inc.’s $4 billion acquisition by 3G Capital and Endo’s acquisition of Penwest.
