Skadden received six honors, including "Law Firm of the Year,", at the 2010 IFLR Americas Awards. In addition to the top award, the firm also was recognized as having both the "Restructuring Team of Year" and the "Private Equity Team of Year." For specific matters, Skadden received the Restructuring Deal of Year Award for CIT Group, the Private Equity Deal of the Year for BankUnited and the M&A Deal of Year for Roche/Genentech.
