Toshiba to Acquire Additional 20 Percent Stake in Westinghouse

Skadden is representing Toshiba Corporation in its acquisition of 20 percent of the shares of Westinghouse Electric from Nuclear Energy Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of the Shaw Group Inc. The purchase will increase Toshiba’s ownership of Westinghouse from 67 percent to 87 percent.
