Skadden is representing Bank of America Merrill Lynch in its financing of SolarCity’s SolarStrong project, announced on November 30. SolarStrong, which will build more than $1 billion in solar power installations for privatized U.S. military housing communities across the country, would be the largest residential solar photovoltaic project in American history.
