The magazine highlighted Skadden’s work on major mass tort and products liability matters, including the firm’s successful defense of various claims brought against Pfizer Inc. in connection with its anti-epilepsy drug Neurontin, and its string of defense wins on behalf of Lincoln Electric Company and other welding consumable manufacturers in welding rod fume litigation.
