Ninth Circuit Affirms Dismissal of Rollaway Allegations Against Nissan

Skadden represented Nissan Motor Company in an affirmance of the dismissal of a class action complaint alleging that Nissan's vehicles equipped with the "intelligent key" system violate the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard. On August 2, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit affirmed the district court's decision (also handled by Skadden) to dismiss the complaint.
