The Recorder has named Palo Alto corporate partner Leif King to its "Attorneys of the Year" list for 2013. The publication highlighted Mr. King's representation of Yahoo! in its sale of a portion of its stake in Alibaba Group Holding Ltd., for $7.6 billion, the largest-ever global e-commerce deal.
