At IFLR's Europe Awards on April 10 in London, Skadden received two top honors for German transactions, including "M&A Deal of the Year" (for our work on the Outokumpu transaction), which marked the second straight year the firm has won in this category; and "Private Equity Deal of the Year" (for advising HSE24's management in its reinvestment in the company in connection with AXA Private Equity’s sale of HSE24 to Providence Equity Partners).
