Skadden represented the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Diebold, Inc. in resolving long-standing FCPA investigations by the DOJ and SEC. The proposed settlements, announced on October 22, are subject to court approval and include Diebold entering into a three-year deferred prosecution agreement with the DOJ.
