Skadden is the top-ranked firm in BTI Consulting's "Client Service A-Team 2014" report, published on November 19. The report discusses the law firms that, according to BTI, corporate counsel say deliver the best client service. BTI interviewed nearly 300 chief legal officers at large and Fortune 1000 companies between March and July 2013. Skadden was named one of the "best of the best" — BTI's top tier — in 13 of the 17 client-service rankings that comprise the report.
BTI summarized what corporate counsel said about our firm as follows: "Clients recognize not only the firm's legal prowess, but also their commitment to client service delivery. While known as a 'mega-firm with a lot of talent,' Skadden also earns client kudos for being 'approachable,' 'communicative' and 'efficient.' These client-focused attributes propel Skadden into the number 1 spot in 2014."
