Springleaf Upsizes and Prices Public Offering of Common Stock

Skadden is representing Springleaf Holdings, Inc. in the public offering of 27,864,525 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $51.50 per share, announced April 28. The company is selling 19,417,476 shares for gross proceeds of approximately $1 billion, and the selling stockholder is selling 8,447,049 shares at the public offering price, which shares are beneficially owned by American International Group, Inc.
