UNC Secures Dismissal of Former Student-Athletes Class Action

We won the dismissal of a class action complaint filed against The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill by former student-athletes who allege that the university breached its contract with student-athletes because they were purportedly denied a high-quality education and directed to low-quality courses while attending UNC.
