Skadden represented PHH in connection with its November 2016 resolution of a matter with the New York Department of Financial Services relating to mortgage loan origination and servicing activities between 2010 and 2014. The resolution required PHH to pay a civil money penalty of $28 million and engage an independent auditor to conduct a review.
