Firm Once Again Earns Perfect Score on 'Corporate Equality Index'

The Human Rights Campaign Foundation again named Skadden one of the "Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality." For the eighth time in nine years, the Firm received a perfect score of 100 percent on HRC's "Corporate Equality Index," in which businesses are evaluated on the basis of their LGBT-related policies and practices, including nondiscrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBT community. The Human Rights Campaign Foundation is the educational arm of America's largest civil rights organization working to achieve equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual transgender and queer people.
