Best US Corporate Law Firm

For 17 consecutive years — every year the rankings have been published — Skadden has been named the top U.S. law firm in Corporate Board Member magazine's annual survey of "America's Best Corporate Law Firms" (May 2017). The survey reflects the opinions of more than 500 directors and general counsel of publicly traded companies. The New York Stock Exchange Governance Services Group, who conducted the survey, asked respondents to name "a firm they would most likely turn to for corporate legal matters of national scope."
