The Human Rights Campaign Foundation again named Skadden one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality.” For the ninth time in 10 years, the Firm received a perfect score of 100 percent on HRC’s Corporate Equality Index, in which businesses are evaluated on the basis of four key criteria: nondiscrimination policies across business entities, equitable benefits for LGBTQ workers and their families, internal education and accountability metrics to promote LGBTQ inclusion competency, and public commitment to LGBTQ equality.
