Former Keppel Lawyer Settles FCPA Charge

Skadden represented Jeffery Chow, a former senior member of the legal department of Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd. (KOM), in favorably resolving a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) charge brought by the Fraud Section of the U.S. Department of Justice and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
