Skadden advised Intel on the IPO of its self-driving car unit, Mobileye, which, together with a concurrent private placement, is expected to generate net proceeds of approximately $0.9 billion, or $1.0 billion if the underwriters exercise the greenshoe option in full, with Intel retaining approximately 94% of Mobileye’s equity.
