Ms. Coyle is co-head of our insurance M&A and reinsurance practices; Ms. Dipchand is a corporate partner in our New York office, where she also manages the firm’s Canadian M&A practice for our Toronto office; and Ms. Schneirov leads our New York M&A/Corporate Group.
