Abu Dhabi office head and Middle East practice head Michael Hilton was featured in Law.com’s “How I Made Office Managing Partner” series, in which he detailed his career trajectory and the unique challenges of his role. He shared some of the most influential individuals in his career, as well as advice he would give to others aspiring to lead an office. “Being a leader isn’t about being the best lawyer; it’s about helping the team to be the best.”
