Skadden is advising Silverstein Properties in connection with the closing of a transaction between Silverstein Properties and American Express pursuant to which Silverstein Properties will develop Tower 2 at the World Trade Center as the company’s new world headquarters.
American Express will be the sole owner and occupant of the new building, which is expected to be completed in 2031.
