Mark Chorazak, head of Skadden’s Financial Institutions Regulatory Group, was recently profiled in Financier Worldwide as part of the Power Players: Financial Services Regulation 2026 Distinguished Advisers report. The feature spotlighted Mr. Chorazak’s extensive experience with bank chartering and regulatory approvals, as well as his proactive approach to advising fintech clients on entering the U.S. banking market.
