Houston M&A partner Mingda Zhao was recently featured in Financier Worldwide as part of the Power Players: Project Finance & Infrastructure 2026 Distinguished Advisers report. The interview highlighted Mr. Zhao’s broad experience advising on complex energy and infrastructure transactions, including high-value acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.
