Skadden is acting as an advisor to Thoma Bravo in connection with its more than $4 billion acquisition of Accelerant.
The transaction, which is currently expected to close in the first half of 2027, is subject to customary closing conditions.
Thoma Bravo is a software-focused investment firm. Accelerant operates the Accelerant Risk Exchange, a platform that connects specialty insurance underwriters with risk capital providers through analytics, real-time data and underwriting insights.
