M&A partner Rachel Cohn was recognized as the North America: Corporate/M&A Rising Star by Legal Benchmarking Group, in partnership with The Lawyer, at the 2026 Women in Business Law Americas Awards.
In an interview, Ms. Cohn discussed her approach to building lasting client relationships, assembling effective teams and achieving results in major corporate transactions.
Ms. Cohn described how sustained involvement with a client over time deepens her ability to contribute to their success. “Understanding a client’s business and how they think about the future, working with them on transformative acquisitions, divestitures and sales, and also working on their filings, gives you a holistic view.”
