Skadden represented SKY in its integration into the airline portfolio of Abra Group, owner of Avianca and GOL and a strategic investor in Wamos Air, through a share exchange. Abra’s airlines collectively serve more than 71 million passengers and have more than 46 million loyalty program members. The transaction obtained all necessary approvals in Brazil, Chile and Peru and was consummated on August 28, 2026.
