Nicole DiSalvo focuses her practice on corporate and complex commercial litigation, including multijurisdictional mergers and acquisitions litigation and federal and state securities litigation. Ms. DiSalvo defends corporations, their directors and officers or their advisers in derivative and class action lawsuits relating to controlling stockholder going-private transactions, mortgage-backed securities, proxy contests, public offerings and other corporate governance disputes. Her practice also includes advice on the Delaware General Corporation Law and the duties of corporate directors in connection with mergers and other transactions.
