On May 15, Skadden held its 22nd annual Energy and Infrastructure Projects Conference in Washington, D.C., focusing on current opportunities in energy and infrastructure projects. Topics included power M&A, infrastructure finance and investment, trends in debt and project financing, energy markets, Latin America, changes within the industry, and tax reform.
Skadden speakers included partners David Armstrong, Lance Brasher, Julia Czarniak, Paul Kraske, Tatiana Monastyrskaya, Ethan Schultz and Sean Shimamoto, and counsel Jorge Kamine, Joshua Nickerson and Paul Schockett.
Keynote speakers included Francesco Venturini, CEO of Enel X; and Martin Klepper, former executive director of the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Build America Bureau and former head of Skadden’s Energy and Infrastructure Projects Group.
