Financial institutions regulation and enforcement head William Sweet and financial institutions M&A partner Sven Mickisch participated in “Banking Law Institute 2018,” a PLI program scheduled for November 30 in New York. Mr. Sweet is co-chair of the event. Mr. Mickisch participated in a panel discussion titled “M&A Update Part II — FinTech M&A,” which focused on the fintech deal activity outlook; down rounds and other issues; the role of private equity in fintech; and bank partnerships, joint ventures and investments, among other topics.
