On November 29-30, New York structured finance partner Andrew Faulkner partcipated in PLI’s "New Developments in Securitization 201" seminar held in New York and via live webcast. On the first day of the seminar, Mr. Faulkner discussed “Risk Retention and Securitization Transactions,” covering such topics as proposed rules from U.S. regulators and European Union risk retention requirements. On the second day, Mr. Faulkner discussed “New Developments in Traditional ABS (Auto, Equipment Loan and Lease, Student Loan and Credit Card Securitizations),” including recent deals and regulatory and legislative developments.
