On December 5, Washington, D.C. financial institutions regulation and enforcement partner William Sweet and New York financial institutions M&A partner David Ingles participated in PLI’s Banking Law Institute 2012, held in New York and webcast live. Mr. Sweet is co-chair of the program, which provided an overview of the developing regulatory framework as well as the significant operational and compliance issues facing banking industry participants and regulators. Mr. Ingles joined a panel discussion titled "Current and Future M&A Activity and Regulatory Challenges for M&A Activity."
