PLI’s Drafting and Negotiating Corporate Agreements 2013

New York M&A partner Nancy Lieberman spoke at at PLI’s "Drafting and Negotiating Corporate Agreements 2013," held Jan. 2 in New York and webcast live. The conference outlined the basics of drafting and negotiating corporate agreements — from how the provisions of an agreement fit together to the fundamental drafting and negotiating principles common to all corporate agreements. Ms. Lieberman focused on equity agreements, covering such topics as shareholder agreements and other equity arrangements, minority rights and transfer provisions.
