New York banking partner Sarah Ward and Los Angeles banking partner David Reamer spoke at the 12th Annual Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company Private Equity Conference in Chicago on Feb. 22. Ms. Ward moderated a discussion, in which David was a panelist, titled “Financing the Deal: An Overview of Credit Investing in Middle Market Buyouts.” The panel provided an overview of the use of leverage by middle-market financial sponsors and examined current credit market conditions.
