New York litigation partner Lea Haber Kuck was co-chair of a program titled "Commercial Arbitration Training for Arbitrators and Counsel" for the Dispute Resolution Section of the New York State Bar Association, held June 17-19 at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. The training covered, among other topics, issues related to preliminary hearing, hearing and post-hearing stages of an arbitration; differences between international and domestic arbitration; arbitration ethics; and how to be an effective advocate in a commercial arbitration.
