New York partner and global Transactions Practices co-head Eileen Nugent spoke at the 12th Annual International Mergers and Acquisitions Conference. The conference was held in New York on June 5-6. It was presented by the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee and supported by the IBA North American Regional Forum.
