White Collar Crime 2013: Prosecutors and Regulators Speak

On October 1, New York white collar crime and regulatory enforcement partner John Carroll moderated a panel discussion titled “Case Study: Investigations of Libor and Benchmark Interest Rates” at PLI’s “White Collar Crime 2013: Prosecutors and Regulators Speak” seminar held in New York and webcast live. The panel discussed, among other topics, the global LIBOR and other benchmark interest rate investigations and whether the LIBOR cases represent a new paradigm for cross-border white collar enforcement.
