Washington, D.C. health care enforcement and litigation partner Greg Luce participated in the American Health Lawyers Association’s “Physicians and Hospitals Law Institute.” The program was held in New Orleans from February 5-7 and focused on legal challenges faced by physicians and hospitals, as well as issues of interest to both segments of the health care delivery system.
On February 6, Mr. Luce participated in a panel discussion titled “Responding to and Defending Fraud Investigations of Patient Care, Treatment and Admissions Practices.”
