New York patent and other complex IP litigation partners Douglas Nemec and Anthony Sammi participated in PLI's 8th Annual Patent Law Institute, to be held March 17-18 in San Francisco and webcast live. As co-chair, Mr. Nemec helped deliver an overview of the program, which included sessions of interest to patent prosecutors, patent litigators and strategic/transactional lawyers. Mr. Sammi discussed litigating against nonpracticing entities. The program also was held February 3-4 in New York.
