Washington, D.C. energy regulation and litigation partner Mike Naeve participated in Law Seminars International’s Third Annual Comprehensive Conference on Electric Transmission, held in Seattle. The event addressed key issues and developments in electric markets in the West and how they compare to other regions in the country. On May 19, Mr. Naeve held a panel discussion titled "Other Federal Developments Likely to Affect Electric Infrastructure Projects," covering congressional developments and the potential impact of the Obama administration's efforts to move ahead on environmental issues under existing administrative authority.
