Washington, D.C. government enforcement partner Colleen Mahoney participated in PLI’s internal investigations program, to be held in New York. The program reviewed the fundaments of conducting an effective and efficient investigation, among other topics. Ms. Mahoney moderated a panel titled "Concluding the Investigation.” The panel addressed reaching findings, memorializing conclusions, preparing a written report, handling third-party requests, taking corrective actions and self-reporting.
