Asia energy and infrastructure projects head Alan Schiffman spoke at the ASrIA Climate Business Forum 2014, held October 28-29 in Hong Kong. Mr. Schiffman moderated a panel discussion, "Unlocking Infrastructure for Green Energy in Asia." The panel identified key regulatory, capacity and logistical challenges, and examined ways to develop greater financial risk appetite for these sectors.
