InvestoRegulation's SEC Regulation Outside the United States Conference

Hong Kong corporate finance and M&A partner Jonathan Stone spoke at InvestoRegulation's SEC Regulation Outside the United States Conference.  The conference, held December 2 in Hong Kong, was designed to brief European financial services practitioners on how the SEC administers and enforces U.S. securities law.  Mr. Stone participated in a panel titled "Thriving (and Surviving) as a Foreign Private Issuer – What Lies Ahead."
