Cybersecurity and Privacy 2015: Critical Perspectives on What Every Company Needs to Do

On February 3, Skadden presented "Cybersecurity and Privacy 2015: Critical Perspectives on What Every Company Needs to Do," a seminar in the firm's New York office. The event focused on cybersecurity insurance, the fiduciary responsibility of senior management and the board, class action lawsuits, cyberattack response planning and partnering with the government. Skadden speakers included partners Cyrus Amir-Mokri, Marc Gerber, Stuart Levi, Timothy Miller and David Schwartz and counsel Peter Luneau and James Talbot. The guest speaker was Michael Echols, director of the Joint Program Management Office at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's National Protection and Programs Directorate.
